Here is a really easy for a pizza you can whip up quicker than you can get one delivered. It is much healthier for you too
Ingredients
2 Wholemeal Pita Breads
1/4 Roast Chicken (Just pick one up from the Supermarket)
1 Cup Pumpkin Cubes
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1 Cup Grated Cheese
2 Handfulls Rocket
1/2 Lemon
Method
Preheat oven to 200 celcius
Steam pumpkin cubes in microwave for a few minutes until they are tender,
Remove skin from chicken and shred meat. Discard the skin and bones,
Put 1/2 of the tomatoe puree onto each pita base,
Equally spread chicken, pumpkin and chesse between the two pizzas,
Bake pizzas in the oven for 10 minutes unitl crisp.
Top pizza with rocket dressed with lemon juice.
Cut up and serve.
