 Canelli Bean and Spinach Pasta
  

Here is a quick and healthy pasta dish you can whip up in the time it takes to cook the pasta.

Ingredients:

1/2 Onion finely diced,

1 Clove Garlic finely chopped,

1 Small Can Canelli Beans (Rinsed),

1 Can Diced Tomato,

50 g Baby Spinach leaves,

Pinch of sat and pepper and sugar.

Method:

Put water on to boil, and add pasta when ready, simmer until cooked.

At the same time, add a little olive oil to a warmed fry pan and gently fry garlic and onion until browned. Add tnned tomatoes, washed canelli beans and spinach and reduce. Add pinch of sugar and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss through cooked pasta and serve.

As you can see very quick and easy to prepare and full of nutrients and fibre for recovery.
